Niteblade Magazine, who published one of my short stories last year, is holding a fundraiser this week. What, you say? Zines aren't run by the independently wealthy who roll around in their green night after night?
No. Most zines are run by volunteers. It's a labor of love, not of dollars. But there are expenses. Authors need to be paid, websites need to be hosted, and a hundred other small things. They all add up.
Everyone who donates to Niteblade this week will be eligible to win a prize. The prizes range from a short story critique from Alexa Seidel to signed novels. So hop on over and make a donation - every dollar helps!
